We’re so excited to share that we have officially purchased the home for A Pathway Home!
A Pathway Home will serve as a transitional living home for students aging out of group homes who have nowhere to go. This program will provide a safe, stable place for young adults as they take their next steps toward independence.
Residents will be supported in finding and maintaining a job, finishing school, building a relationship with a mentor, and reaching key milestones like obtaining a driver’s license, learning life skills, and preparing for a successful future.
Every young person deserves a place to land and a path forward.
