We’re so excited to launch A Pathway Home in 2026, our transitional living home for students aging out of group homes with nowhere to go. This program will provide a safe, stable place for young adults as they take their next steps toward independence. Residents will be supported in finding and maintaining a job, finishing school, building a relationship with a mentor, and reaching key milestones like obtaining a driver’s license and other essential life skills. Through A Pathway Home, our goal is to walk alongside these students during this critical transition and help set them up for a successful, self-sufficient future—because every young person deserves a place to land and a path forward.
