Thank you for being our hero! Heroes come wearing all kinds of capes. For our students, this looks like supporting them monthly or yearly to allow them to make core childhood memories. Memories like eating a tasty birthday cake, picking out a perfect back-to-school outfit, opening presents on Christmas mornings, and spending nights at summer camps. Without your support, these are activities that your student may have never been able to experience.
Each Hero will be sent an information sheet with all the fun favorites their particular student enjoys. While you will know who your student is, students will not ever know who their hero is and this is intentional. You are welcome to engage with your student via letters, snacks, Birthday gifts, Christmas gifts, back-to-school items, or other things you may want to. All items meant for your student must be given to the CKS office before the student receives them. Again, it is forbidden any student knows who their Hero is. Every letter will be read prior to exchange.
