Turnaround is a group mentoring program conducted within detention and treatment centers. It offers a variety of classes and programs focusing on life skills, character development, and emotional intelligence. The goal is to equip participants with the tools they need to successfully reintegrate into society and make positive changes in their lives. Additionally, Turnaround supports students on probation who have not yet been incarcerated, aiming to keep them out of the juvenile system by helping them fulfill probation requirements, such as community service hours, and providing them with a dedicated mentor.
