We are so excited to announce our second annual fundraiser for CKS with this years focus being supporting our students that are aging out of group homes. The Pathways Program for transitioning foster youth program is a comprehensive initiative designed to empower fostering teenagers on the verge of aging out, facilitating a seamless transition into independent adulthood. The Program combines essential elements, including work internships, housing assistance, dedicated case worker and life skills workshops to equip participants with the skills and resources needed to a successful transition into interdependence.
