Uproar is a group program offered every Tuesday in recreation centers around the OKC Metro for students aged 11-18. Every Tuesday, we provide a meal, activities, and then a time of transparent conversations. These conversations help lead our students into self-awareness and goal setting, which then launches them into action steps. These action steps begin with a sense of ownership of their choices and reactions to the stressors they are experiencing and teach them to respond rather than react so they can start to take steps toward the futures and dreams they envision for their lives.
